ANASTASSIA SEL Jewelry does not accept returns due to our design and creation process (made to order). If there are any problems with a piece (such as a repair), we would be happy to help you out. Please contact us at contact@AnastassiaSel.com with an explanation of your circumstance.
Prior to ordering, please confirm your size. We will gladly adjust pieces to fit you before they are shipped. If you would like an adjustment after you've received the piece, you may return it for adjustment. Any shipping costs (back to ANASTASSIA SEL Jewelry and then back to the buyer) must be covered by the buyer.
Customs and Duties
Depending on each country's customs, shipments may be held at the border, as they may take a few days to process. Please be aware that this may slow down the shipment time. Any duties and taxes charged at customs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry.
It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to metals (gold, silver, brass, copper, nickel etc.) or the oxidation applied to metals (liver of sulfur) prior to making a purchase. ANASTASSIA SEL Jewelry will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry. Please refer to materials page for more information.
Certificate of Authenticity
The listing description will indicate if the piece comes with a complimentary certificate of authenticity. If a piece does not and you would like to add it, we can have the piece certified at an additional cost of $60 CAD. This will add 4 business days on to the processing time. All certifications comes from accredited 3rd party, gem lab.
Lost or Damaged Items
After the piece has been handed to the courier, the responsibility of the piece is given to the buyer. ANASTASSIA SEL Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail, as it is out of our power to control. If you would like insurance on your purchase, please select an upgraded shipping option at checkout such as Tracked or Expedited Package. If the piece was damaged, we would be happy to repair it for you if possible.
If a package is returned to us by the courier due to the customer refusing the shipment, giving an incorrect address or any other reason, we will issue a refund for the items minus the shipping costs. If ANASTASSIA SEL Jewelry is charged by the courier for the cost of returning to the sender, we will deduct that amount from the refund. If the customer still wishes to receive the piece, a new order is to be placed through the website.

ANASTASSIA SEL Jewelry pieces are durable and meant to last everyday wear. However, if something were to happen to your piece, we stand behind our products and will repair/replace the issue if it is a result of manufacturing, for a period of one year from the purchase date (less the shipping).
Our warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence. Within the first year of purchase we will replace side or accent diamonds that go missing if we feel that it is a manufacturing defect. Should the piece be repaired by another party other than ANASTASSIA SEL the complimentary one year warranty will be void.
Past the one year mark, if you'd like insurance on the ring you would need to find an outside company to do so. W e recommend Jeweler's Mutual.
