Step 1: E-mail us!
When you are ready to create your custom jewelry piece, please send us an email with your visual inspiration, ideas and any other detail that will help us provide you with an accurate estimate. Below is a list of factors to consider:
- Metal (10K, 14K, 18K, Platinum)
- Ring Size (if applies)
- Chain length (if applies)
Once your email is received, we will typically reply within 24 hours with an estimate or follow up questions regarding your request.
Step 2: Book Design Consultation
Following the quote, we will set up a design consultation at 69 Bathurst St in Toronto. If you are not from Toronto, no problem! We can work with you via e-mail or Skype.
Step 3: Design Sketch & Estimate
One week after our consultation (or less), you will receive 3 rough sketches and an updated estimate.
Step 4: Deposit
Provide a 50% deposit to put your project into final design stages and production.
Step 5: Finalize Design
Once we receive your deposit, we will work together to finalize your design and provide you with a digital design (CAD).
Step 6: Production
Upon your approval of the digital design, we will proceed to the production phase of the project. Lead time is approximately 3-5 weeks from the time the deposit is received. In many cases, you will receive progress updates along the way, but please reach out if you have any further questions.
Step 7: Pick Up
Your custom jewelry is ready for pick up or delivery. Various options are available for shipping and delivery. Final payment is due before delivery or at time of pick up.
Note: Due to the complexity of custom projects, ANASTASSIA SEL Jewelry works only with fine metals (10K, 14K, 18K and Platinum) and precious/semi-precious gemstones.
